Heating is by oil fired central heating (free from October to April and £20pw from May to September if required). A wood burner is provided with a starter pack and 1 basket of logs (further supplies can be purchased).
(The Old Smithy) is a converted 18th Century blacksmith’s shop in the centre of St. Florence, Pembrokeshire
In the centre of St. Florence, Yr Hen Efail was the village blacksmith’s shop for nearly 200 years before a sympathetic conversion that gives you a modern, open plan style combined with a wealth of traditional features including; a feature hard-wood staircase and a logburning stove in a open stone fireplace. A door from the dining room leads onto an enclosed lawn that is shared with Tregoyr, the next door property.
Accommodation, on the ground and first floors, comprises:
- Open plan lounge with TV, video and CD/radio.
- Kitchen with with electric cooker, microwave, fridge,freezer and dishwasher.
- Dining Room (reached by open arches from kitchen) with quiet sitting area and french doors opening onto garden.
- Utility Room with washing machine. Downstairs WC with wash basin.
- Bedroom 1 (on first floor) double bed and en-suite shower room with shower cubicle, basin and WC,
- Bedroom 2 (on first floor) with twin beds,
- Bedroom 3 (on first floor) with twin beds and en-suite shower room with shower cubicle, basin and WC.
- Bathroom with bath, basin and WC.
- Shared garden and private patio area with garden furniture and barbeque.
Private parking for 2 cars.
