A beautifully converted 18th Century blacksmith’s house, located in the centre of St. Florence and next door to Yr Hen Efail.
The conversion has been carefully designed, with high quality furnishings and decor, whilst at the same time, retaining many of the building’s character features including; a bread oven alcove, exposed roof timbers, a wooden panelled stairwell and original tiles.
French doors lead from the dining room onto an enclosed lawn that is shared with Yr Hen Efail.
Accommodation, on the ground and first floors, comprises:
- Lounge with TV, video and log-burning fire,
- Second lounge with TV.
- Kitchen with oil fired Rayburn cooker, electric cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble drier.
- Dining Room with CD player, large windows and french doors opening onto garden.
- ‘Wet’ shower room with basin and WC.
- Bedroom 1 (on first floor) with one double and one single bed,
- Bedroom 2 (on first floor) with twin beds.
- Bedroom 3 (on first floor) with one double and one single bed.
- Bathroom with bath, basin and WC.
- Shared garden with garden furniture and barbeque.
Private parking for 2 cars.
