A very well appointed cottage on Jordanston Farm on the village outskirts of St. Florence, set in acres of rolling pastureland.
The cottage is next door to our own farmhouse and has it's own exclusive lawn with plenty of privacy from surrounding trees, a private patio with garden furniture and a barbeque. And so you can truly unwind, there's a relaxing hot tub in the garden.
The accommodation, all on the ground floor, comprises:
- Open plan lounge with TV and video.
- Kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment and washing machine.
- Dining Area.
- Bedroom 1 with a double bed,
- Bedroom 2 with twin beds.
- Bathroom with bath/shower, basin and WC.
- Garden, private lawn and patio area with garden furniture, barbeque and hot tub.
Ample private parking.
